Incognito Season is a multidisciplinary creative platform helping emerging artists, entrepreneurs, and young creatives become confident, skilled, visible, and ready for opportunity.

We believe talent is only one part of the equation. Creators also need access to mentorship, training, professional development, creative resources, community, and spaces where they can experiment and grow.

Through music, photography, acting, visual arts, entrepreneurship, performance, dance, creative direction, workshops, mentorship, and community programming, Incognito Season creates opportunities for people to learn, create, collaborate, perform, and be seen.

Our mission is to help creatives move beyond simply having potential and develop the skills, confidence, and professional readiness to turn that potential into opportunity.

 

OUR IMPACT

Incognito Season works at the intersection of arts education, creative development, entrepreneurship, confidence, and community.

We create accessible opportunities for emerging creatives to develop both their craft and their ability to navigate the creative industry.

Our programming can include:

 

MUSIC

We support emerging musicians and music creatives through opportunities to develop songwriting, vocal performance, music production, recording, creative direction, stage presence, and artist branding.

We create spaces where artists can experiment with their sound, collaborate with other creatives, and gain experience performing and presenting their work.

 

ACTING

Our acting programming supports performers in developing confidence, character development, scene work, audition preparation, storytelling, improvisation, and on-camera presence.

Participants learn how to communicate effectively and become comfortable showing up authentically in front of an audience or camera.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY & VISUAL ARTS

Through photography and visual arts workshops, participants learn creative storytelling, composition, visual communication, photography techniques, art direction, and how to develop their own artistic voice.

We also provide opportunities for creatives to have their work documented, exhibited, shared, and experienced by the community.

 

PERFORMANCE & DANCE

Our performance and dance workshops create spaces for participants to explore movement, choreography, stage presence, musicality, confidence, and self-expression.

Whether someone is an experienced performer or stepping into their first workshop, our goal is to create an environment where they can develop their skills while building confidence in their body and creative voice.

 

CREATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Being a creative is also being a business.

Our entrepreneurship programming helps emerging creatives understand the business side of their work including branding, marketing, pricing, networking, pitching, client relationships, content creation, monetization, and building sustainable creative businesses.

We want creatives to understand not only how to make the work, but how to build a life and business around it.

 

PERFORMANCE & PRESENTATION TRAINING

Creators constantly have to be ready.

Ready for the camera.
Ready for the stage.
Ready for an audition.
Ready for a meeting.
Ready to pitch an idea.
Ready to network.
Ready when an unexpected opportunity walks through the door.

Our performance and presentation training helps participants develop confidence, communication, stage presence, posing, movement, public speaking, and professional presentation skills.

 

YOUTH MENTORSHIP

A major part of Incognito Season's impact is creating opportunities for young people to explore their creativity while connecting with working artists and industry professionals.

Through mentorship, workshops, creative sessions, and hands-on experiences, youth can explore different disciplines including music, photography, acting, dance, visual arts, performance, and entrepreneurship.

We want young creatives to see that their creativity has value and that there are multiple pathways to building a future through the arts.

 

CREATIVE READINESS

One of our core beliefs is simple:

You should not have to wait until the opportunity comes to become ready for it.

Many emerging artists don't have a large team behind them.

They may not have a photographer, stylist, creative director, vocal coach, acting coach, choreographer, makeup artist, manager, or mentor making sure every detail is on point.

Incognito Season helps provide some of that reinforcement through training, mentorship, creative development, and community.

Because when you aren't distracted by whether you're ready, you have more room to focus on what really matters:
